Mixed Use Redevelopment with Retail, Dining, Office & Residential in Downtown Alpharetta along The Alpha Loop.

Mayfair Street Partners is redeveloping the northeast corner of Main Street and Devore Road in downtown Alpharetta.  It will include retail, dining and office.  The highly anticipated project will deliver May 2020 (est).  There will be 138 upscale residential units developed by The Providence Group.  The Alpha Loop divides the residential and commercial portions of the project.

The City of Alpharetta has a “Welcome Sign” at the front of The Maxwell.  Additionally, Devore Road will be re-routed to historic downtown Alpharetta and there will be a round-about and a traffic signal in front of the project. The Alpha Loop will tie downtown Alpharetta to Avalon, including The Maxwell, making it a truly walk-able and bike-able community.  There is also open container allowing you to move around and visit all of downtown Alpharetta’s events and shops.
